DropShare is a program that will help share information on a large scale. What they need to do is install it (open the .dmg file and move the icon to my folder) and then double click. This program turns your PC into a server, when you open the ribbon it shows all the files you want and the Program tab by clicking on them, and with cmd + c you send the link to your clipboard where the file is sent. You can download the content if you want. The program is free and has no download restrictions. Simply drag and drop and go to delete files from the server (like when removing a desktop icon)
