Grabber allows you to capture the screen as a layered PSD file or a single PNG image. Awesome timeline: Open and edit in Photoshop, Pixelmator or any other PSD-compatible graphics editor. Hide, reorder and move any layer to customize the screenshot. Grabber lives in the status bar, you can use the special hotkey (default Cmd + Shift + 5) to quickly create a screenshot.
