Logtail is an OS X application for viewing and monitoring local log files on Linux servers and remotely (using SSH) or unformatted text file in a simple, clean and unified interface! Read log files and create their contents as they change, and you can follow or “follow” the file in a similar way to the “tail” program on Unix (tail -f). logtail is useful for monitoring application and system log files that are constantly updated at runtime. This allows you to configure filter rules and highlight which can be used to hide or colorize rows that match matching search terms. This allows you to focus on the important data in your log files! You can also allow them to alert notifications when matching text is found in the log file.
