Memory Pictures is a macOS app that lets you do just that. Photos taken from digital cameras are supported with a wide range of information about all the settings used to take the image with the EXIF header. Inside the EXIF header are the GPS Coordinates and User Comment settings. Memory Pictures supports JPEG, HEIC photos, PNG, TIFF and RAW photo formats, including Adobe RAW (DNG), Canon RAW (CR2 and CR3), Fujifilm RAW (RAF), Hasselblad RAW (3FR), Mamiya RAW (MEF), Minolta. RAW (MRW), Nikon RAW (NEF and NRW), Olympus RAW (ORF), Panasonic RAW (RW2), Pentax RAW (PEF) and Sony RAW (SR2 and ARW). The main purpose of Memory Pictures is to let you keep your memories alive by helping you place location and journal entries in the photo caption. We all take photos with our digital cameras and smartphones, and it's definitely a great way to look at where we've come from and where we're going. However, one picture alone may not paint the whole story. A Photo can paint a thousand words, but a few words added to the photo will definitely bring back memories of the Special Occasion. Memory Pictures was developed to let you do just that. Photo + Location + Story = Memory Forever iPhone comes with a great camera and, like many smartphones, it is sure to be widely used as a single. The nice thing is that the iPhone comes with GPS and embeds the location where the photo was taken within the photo, so you can look back and know where those amazing memories were taken. It's great when it's right in front of the subject. But sometimes we take photos from a distance, but the phone only records the GPS of your location.

Finding your Photo Location is easy with Memory Pictures and you don't need to know the Latitude and Longitude of the place. For Photos that do not have any GPS coordinates in them, such as those taken from a Point-and-Shoot or DSLR camera, you can:- a) Use the Search Feature by typing popular place name, address and/or country and it will pin. place for you. b) To fine-tune the location, simply drag the Pin to the actual location; GPS coordinates are calculated automatically. Great for photos capturing GPS Coordinates. or c) Navigate the map and open the contextual menu and pin that location.

It never gets easier. You can replace GPS Coordinates and Notes with one or more photos in your list.
Click on the blue magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the built-in Map View to launch the larger map view.
We do not use any special settings so that your user comments and GPS coordinates can be read by any application or website that supports them.

Keepsake Pictures are a must to preserve the memories you have for the future. We ensure that the application does not make changes to the EXIF Date (if any), File Creation and Modification Date. So they will be exactly as they were before processing. Only Notes and GPS Coordinates are being added or changed.
