App to mirror the screen and audio from your Mac on Android TV. TV works on any TV, cable box or Media Player with Android operating system. You can also stream individual video files from your Mac to your TV. We also include the option to display one window on your Mac and the other on your TV. Using the app, there will be a delay (lag) of approximately 2 to 3 seconds. So this reflection is not suitable for games. However, it is very suitable for watching movies, giving presentations, displaying photos and much more! The quality of your experience depends on the quality of your local network. Some tips to improve the experience: 1. Restart your router. Just unplug it, wait 10 seconds and connect it again. This will reboot your router and make your home network faster and more stable. Why does this work? Routers are essentially small computers with software. Small memory leaks occur in the software and some processes stop working correctly over time. That's why it's a good idea to reboot your router occasionally. Our recommendation: once a week. 2. Don't try too hard to mirror the network screen. As explained, the mirror screen is network intensive. For best performance, do other network-intensive tasks at the same time. This includes backing up the machine on the network and uploading/downloading large files from the Internet during the reflex screen. 3. Place your Mac and Android TV on the same channel router. Some routers (dual band) have 2.4Ghz wireless as 5Ghz. For best performance, set your Mac and Android TV on the same network. Preferably 5 GHz network. But definitely not Macs on 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz TV because performance will negatively affect the reflex display. 4. Use an AC or N. New routers support Wifi router Routers AC and N. may only have Wifi B and/or G. B and G are not suitable for modern networking tasks so go for AC router or N. Your router supports N AC and ensures that your router is configured to use interconnect or Wifi wireless N AC. How to apply: First, make sure your Samsung TV is connected to the same local network as your Mac. The television must be in “TV” or “HDMI” mode, not mirror mode. Once you open the app, you will see the app icon in the top bar of your Mac, which will search for the TV network. Your TV will be displayed when you find it. You now have two options: Duplicate your Mac screen: Use this screen to put your Mac on the TV. In the source, you can choose which screen (or monitor) to display on the TV. If you use multiple apps on your Mac, you can also select the app window you want to view on the TV. Enable Audio: Check this to listen to your Mac's audio on your TV. You will need an additional audio controller (free), you can download it here: http://bit.ly/MirrorAudio Play video file: Use this option if you have a video file on your Mac and want to play it on the TV. Drag the box and play it on the TV.
