OBJS AS PROBLEMS
Give your particle systems the OBJ particle emitter using a new dimensional 3D models and animated sequences. For flexibility, one can choose to emit particles from the corners, edges, faces, or volume of the OBJ file. Choose from over 60 OBJ Particle libraries or easily load your own models directly into After Effects or Designer using the new Panel OBJ payload.
SPRITE and polygons
Use its composition and particle by assigning it to a 2D or textured polygon sprite. 3 in particular includes over 270 still and animated sprite images that are easily loaded directly into After Effects Designer or via the new panel load Sprite.
SHADOWS AND ILLUMINATION
Shading of all particle types in After Effects. Shading can mimic light diminution, and creating Shadowlet can shade both main and slave particles.
BACKUP AND PHYSICAL
Move organic particles through the air or bounce from other layers with the physics engine. Controls include simulating wind, gravity, turbulence and more complex and realistic movements.
AUXILIARY SYSTEM
It produces new child particles with the Aux Particular system. Create organic paths and branches or create a bounce after a pick-up. Updated Utility Owners 3 now includes customized insertion of particles for even greater variability and keyframe parameters for greater control.

Reflection maps
Dynamic color rendering changes particles using a textured polygon layer as a reflection map. Added flashes when particles rotate in 3D.
