SoundSpot Evade 1.0.2 EVADE is a volume shaping FX plug-in for Mac OSX and Windows, giving the user surgical control over the audio signal using frequency determining volume shaping.
The benefit of a frequency-based sound shaping plug-in is that you can create space in the volume by breaking only the problem frequencies as opposed to the entire audio signal. The result is a more controlled and natural sound mix preferred by most genres outside electronic music.
But that doesn't mean the EVADE sound shaper can't be useful for electronic music production tasks, as the plugin can offer traditional volume shaping in just a few clicks, and it also comes with a nifty mid/side balance control and disconnected start and end points, which are extremely useful for audio that needs to be leaned in, but still has a temporary snap to cut through the mix.
