MP4tools 3.7.2 is part of the VIDEOtoolbox Application Suite for creating and editing MP4 videos. It is designed primarily to process video files for use on hardware that can play MP4 or M4V videos, such as iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and PS3. As the name suggests, MP4tools is a graphical interface for various tools useful for processing video files.
