Color Cone is a completely new concept for color correction and creating looks. This software is powerful and intuitive and delivers impressive results in just a few clicks. Color Cone is based on a color model that displays HCL as bicono (which also gave Color Cone its name). The LCH color model is not as common or widespread as the HSV model, but it is much more suitable for photo editing. Shadows and reflections in this color model offer several advantages as there is almost no chroma. 100% black and 100% white usually lack saturation, even if other models allow it. Even identical colors at various positions, as shown above and below a cylinder color, are excluded from the HCL model. They can still be very smooth, thanks to an intelligent conversion from source to target colors with Color Image Warping Tools, the very technology that involves large changes in color even in 8-bit images. Enough theory! You can define one or more points to create a look or correct colors. Each of these points has a source and target color value and a radius that defines how large the effects on surrounding colors should be. This way, using a very small radius can create very specific problems, while a larger radius can help create the atmosphere you want in the image.
