In FTL you experience the atmosphere of operating a spaceship trying to save the galaxy. Presenting a unique challenge with multiple solutions at each meeting is a dangerous task. What will you do if a heavy missile barrage covers your shields? Divert all power to the engines to power up additional weapons or fight a boarding party to take your enemy out of the sky. This “spaceship simulation, roguel-like” takes your ship and crew on an adventure through a randomly generated galaxy filled with victory and bitter defeat.

- Permadeath means that once you die, there is no coming back. The constant threat of defeat adds importance and tension to every movement.
