The community center, once the city's busiest hub of activity, is now a mess. But the valley looks full of opportunity. Turn your overgrown area into a living farm! Raise animals, grow crops, start an orchard, craft useful machines and more! You will have an area large enough to create the farm of your dreams.
Improve your skills over time. As you work your way from a struggling greenhouse to a master farmer, you'll level up in 5 different areas: farming, mining, combat, fishing and foraging. As you progress, you'll learn new cooking and recipes, unlock new areas to explore, and personalize your skills by choosing from a variety of professions.
Be part of the local community. With over 30 unique characters living in Stardew Valley, you won't have a problem finding new friends! Each person has their own daily schedule, birthday, unique mini-screens, and new things to say throughout the week and year. As you make friends with them, they will open up to you, ask you for help with their personal troubles or tell you their secrets! Participate in seasonal festivals like Lua, the haunted maze, and the feast of the winter stars.
Explore a vast, mysterious cave. As you go deeper underground, you will encounter new and dangerous monsters, powerful weapons, new environments, gems, raw materials for crafting and upgrading, and mysteries to uncover.
Breathe a new breath into the valley. The old way of life in Stardew Valley has changed since JojaMart opened. Much of the town's infrastructure fell into poverty. Help restore Stardew Valley to its former glory by restoring the old community hub, or take the alternate route and join forces with the Joja Corporation.
Hold court on the farm and marry a partner to share your life with. There are 10 singles and bachelorettes to tap, each with unique character advancement slash tones. After marriage, your spouse will live with you on the farm. Who knows, maybe you'll have children and start a family?
Spend a relaxing afternoon at one of the local fishing spots. The waters are teeming with delicious seasonal fish varieties. Craft bait, bobbers and crab pots to help you on your journey to catch every fish and become a local legend!
Donate artifacts and minerals to the local museum.
Create delicious meals and craft useful items to help you. You'll have a wide variety of items to create with over 100 cooking and crafting recipes. Some of the dishes you cook will temporarily help you with your skills, running speed, or combat prowess. Craft useful objects like scarecrows, oil producers, furnaces, and even rare and expensive crystalariums.
Customize the appearance of your character and your home. You will have no difficulty in creating the home of your dreams with hundreds of decorative items to choose from!
